On this, the second annual Screams and Moans Christmas special, I have my very special guest, Nigel Boydell, from Uncle Arthur’s Bollocks. We’re talking about Christmas traditions and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Along the way, there are clips from various listeners, friends and previous guests. So sit back, have a listen, and don’t take it too seriously as Christmas is supposed to be full of fun!
Thanks for joining me in the celebration of the one year anniversary episode of the Screams and Moans Podcast! I can’t thank everyone who has been a guest, participated by sending in listener answers or listened to these episodes enough. The format for this episode is one of an awards show, but of the unconventional variety. Would we really want it any other way?
So sit back and enjoy! Next episode should be Screams and Moans bestest Christmas show ever!
In this episode, Ed Wallick from Don’t Quit Your Daycast and I go long, have a lot of laughs, and bring this podcast a bit more into the political, ranty realm. We go a bit low-budget renaissance with KnightRiders (1981) by George Romero. Nothing says renaissance like a bunch of motorcycles and hippies. Ed calls this episode a bit tantric, and we go on to discuss related sexual myths and urban legends. Thanks to Ed and everyone who contributed to the show.
The next episode will be my one year anniversary episode and as such, I’m asking for listeners to let me know what some of your favorite guests, moments and shows were from the past year. Written or recorded (are lovely) answers for the show are greatly appreciated and I’m looking forward to what things you most remember from this crazy year of movies and adult-themed discussions with guests and listeners. As always, you can email these and any other feedback to the show here. We also welcome your iTunes reviews and thumbs up on Stitcher! Thanks for listening and looking forward to hearing from you soon!by
Bonn from the Bonn and Obo show and I are thoroughly confused on this episode of the Screams and Moans podcast where we cover the 2004 low-budget time travel film, Primer. After covering the basic premise of the film, we debate a few of the different events in the film and when they actually occur. In case you’ve seen the film and you’re still wondering what the F happened, here is a quite detailed chart put together by fans to explain their theory of what actually happened in the film. If you haven’t seen the film, watch it and you’ll know what we mean. In the second half of the show, we talk about our and your favorite positions. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the show!
For the next guest episode, I want to hear about the sexual myths you’ve heard or believe? You can submit your written or recorded answers to the show via email. In between that episode and this one will be a special Halloween episode of Screams and Moans due out next weekend!by
We cover one of my favorite low-budget films, Ink (2009), in this episode of Screams and Moans with my guests Dan and Ant from the Pile of Shame PC Podcast. Parallel worlds, chaos theory and the constant struggles between good and evil collide in this film by Jamin Winans. The dark theme is carried into the second half of the show when we discuss, if you had to die a sex-related death, what would it be? Find out our answers and those of our listeners! Thanks to everyone who contributed to the show!
The trailer to Ink can be found here.

On this episode of Screams and Moans, Belasco from SweetFeatheryJesus and I really use our imagination to get into some interesting and geeky roleplaying scenarios throughout the show. However, it can’t all be about sex, so first we had a chat and asked a few questions about John Carpenter’s The Thing (1982.) After a thorough discussion of the film, we finally get back to discussing lots of options for roleplaying and quite a few of our listener answers on the topic. For those of you interested in the film analysis Belasco describes regarding whether Childs was infected, you can find Part One here.
I always am excited to hear what my listeners have to say and thanks for those who helped contribute to the show! Next episode, I’ll be covering Ink (2009) with the guys from the Pile of Shame PC Podcast and I want to know, if you had to die a sex-related death, how would you choose to go? Let’s get creative and email your written or recorded responses to the show. On this episode of the Screams and Moans podcast I’m joined by Dr. Norman Trousers and River Zambezi from The Casa Mirth Podcast. There’s lots of banter, word play and bollocks, along with a lively discussion of the 1975 film, Death Race 2000. After we’ve limbered up, we move on to the second half to let you know the ways in which you can know you are good at love making. Thanks to all of the listeners who contributed their answers to the conversation as well!
The next show will feature Belasco, from SFJ, where we talk about John Carpenter’s The Thing and roleplaying fantasies. Be on the lookout for the next listener question and don’t forget to rate and review the show if you’re enjoying it! You can always contact the show via email. Also follow the show on:
For this episode of the Screams and Moans podcast, Wifex and I covered the classic film, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956.) There was a mutual appreciation of the film and the techniques used to increase the overall feeling of anxiety and suspense throughout the film. While B&W films were not something Wifex is used to, it sounds like we’ve both heard our fair share of pick up lines and received a few sexy texts, as we discussed in the second half of the show. Lots of laughs were had and it sounds like there may also be future collaborative opportunities between us. Thanks again to all the listeners who have submitted their responses to show!!

This episode is a bit of a long one folks, but Mike from War Machine vs. War Horse and I had a lot to cover when we took on Antichrist (2009) and the various ways in which we and my listeners learned about sex. Antichrist was filled with what we could only describe as beautifully painful when it came to the way in which the movie was shot and the graphic details which were shown at various points throughout the film. The second half of the episode was a bit more fun and relatively pain-free. Thanks again to everyone who contributes to the show with their answers or support!
Next episode, my guest and I will be discussing Invasion of the Body Snatchers and the best sexts or pick up lines ever seen, heard or used. If you’ve got one to submit, email the show here. I’ve loved seeing more reviews on iTunes lately and a few thumbs up on Stitcher. Please keep it up!! As always, you can also find the show on:
Things got a bit cult this episode on Screams and Moans when Jason Ginger from Seven Days a Geek and Podcasting 101 and I discuss the film classic, Barbarella, rated PG. There’s a bit of sci-fi and a fair bit of fantasy all mixed in with this film. After the film part, we move on to our and others opinions on which is better foreplay or sex? Tune in and find out!
Next episode I have Mike from the War Machine vs. War Horse podcast and we’ll be discussing Antichrist and looking forward to hearing the listener answers to the question, how did you learn about sex and/or did you have any early (perhaps funny) misconceptions about what sex actually was? Email those written or recorded answers to the show here. Your answers can remain anonymous, just let me know! As always you can connect to the show on:
